Check the IP9202 controller box is correctly connected to the IP9212 with the supplied 15-pin cable

Open a web browser and log into the IP9212's configuration page. User name: admin, password: 12345678

Open a web browser and log into the IP9212's configuration page, with user name admin, and address 12345678. If you're not sure of the IP9212's IP address, run the IPEdit application from the CD to discover it.

"Set I/O" is automatically displayed. This shows that all 8 contacts are in the "off" state, which is as expected

Connect the live wires from the device you want to control - in our case a light on a lead - into one of the supplied connection blocks

Connect this connection block to port 8 on the IP9202

Connect this connection block to port 8 on the IP9202. The 8 ports differ as 4 of them have a default state of off, and 4 have a default state of on. As we're turning on a light, we want to connect it to a port with a default off state. The default state of each port is listed on the bottom of the unit
