Connecting your PSP to your WiFi Network:

Step 1:

Turn on your PSP

This guide decribes how to connect your Sony PSP to your WiFi network. This guide assumes you have a PSP and access to a WiFi network.
First, turn on your PSP.

Step 2:

Enable wi-fi connectivity by flipping the switch on the left of your PSP up into the on position

Go to the Settings icon on your PSP's main screen, and press X. Scroll down to Network Settings and select

Select Infrastructure Mode with X

Create a new connection

Create a new connection. Press the right key to proceed.

Step 6:

Enter a connection name with the directional keys.

In WLAN Settings, click Scan with X

Select your network SSID from the list

Enter your WiFi security settings, if applicable

The next screen is Address Settings. Select "Easy"

The next screen is Address Settings. Select "Easy". The PSP will automatically get an IP address from your WiFi router. Proceed to the next step with the right arrow key.

Step 11:

Confirm the settings with X

Step 12:

Test the connection with X

Test the connection with X. Information about the network displays, showing the PSP is set up correctly. Press X to end the test.

Step 13:

Select the browser and enter a web address. Success - your PSP is now online

Go back to the main menu, select the browser and enter a web address. Success - your PSP is now online.
