How to Return an Item to Digidave

Here at digidave.co.uk, your satisfaction is important to us. That's why whenever you want to return something to us, we do everything we can to make it straightforward.

Please note that you MUST receive a returns authorisation number BEFORE you send any item to us.

Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel your order within seven working days. You are responsible for returning the goods to us and they must reach us in perfect, resaleable condition.

To cancel your order, firstly click here to open a ticket quoting your Digidave order number, full name and address and the reason you'd like to return the item. We'll check your order details and issue you a Returns Authorisation Number which will enable swift processing of your return.

Faulty Items

You may return faulty items to us for replacement or repair at any time during their warranty period. If we agree that the item was faulty at the time of sale, we will also offer you a refund if you prefer.

To avoid any confusion, we'll ask you to click here to open a ticket quoting your Digidave order number, full name and address and explaining any problem before we can accept an item for return. We are able to resolve many problems without requiring you to return the item to us.
